Introduction: This book was written with intentions to speak on a different parts of my life experiences which almost no one has heard from me before in efforts to be more open and more authentic while relieving others on an emotional and mental level and simultaneously. These stories will for sure captivate you as a reader. My experiences were quite traumatic and could be deeply relatable. These are some of my deepest, darkest secrets and moments that have never been heard from me before publicly (as my public platform has grown without sharing this part of myself and my real life) and I’m ready to release them through this book. I am sort of scared to openly share my stories, however, I am going to candidly acknowledge my traumas in an open way. I intend for this to be the first step for others to feel comfortable acknowledging their traumas, which will be the first step to “healing” for many people.
